Is there any Restriction for the Customized Header?

Yes. Due to legality issues, basic guideline is that you can only use either your mobile no, name or abbreviation of your name as Customized Header. Also, Customized Header can only support up to 11 alphanumeric characters.


What’s the maximum character can I send per SMS?

Basically, you can type up to 160 characters per SMS. If you have type more than 160 characters, the System will recognized as 2 or more SMS.
